The magic of mountain nights is invited to the roofs of the capital. From December to March, La Ferme Saint-Amour opens an ephemeral chalet on the panoramic rooftop of the Hotel SAX Paris, in the heart of the 7th arrondissement.
In this unique setting, which is both festive and warm, the iconic Ferme Saint-Amour experience is reinvented: large wooden tables, soft lights, sheepskin, and a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower.

Winter cooking by Eric Frechon
Chef Éric Frechon has created a menu that pays tribute to mountain gastronomy, enhanced by his expertise. A dinner to share in a friendly atmosphere, accompanied by a selection of wines and signature cocktails.
Between sky and light, La Ferme Saint-Amour Paris celebrates the warmth of winter evenings: an intimate chalet, 50 guests only, and a suspended atmosphere where each evening becomes a celebration.
