The magic of mountain nights invites itself onto the rooftops of the capital. From December to March, La Ferme Saint-Amour opens an ephemeral chalet on the panoramic rooftop of the Hotel SAX Paris, in the heart of the 7th arrondissement.
In this unprecedented setting, both festive and warm, the iconic la Ferme Saint-Amour experience is reinvented: large wooden tables, subdued lighting, woolly skins, and a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower.

Winter cooking by Eric Frechon
Chef Eric Frechon has created a menu that pays tribute to mountain cuisine, enhanced by his expertise. Enjoy dinner in a friendly atmosphere, accompanied by a selection of wines and signature cocktails.
Between sky and light, La Ferme Saint-Amour celebrates the warmth of winter evenings: an intimate chalet, seating just 50 guests, and a suspended atmosphere where every evening becomes a celebration.
